Order Processing Times
All orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. We ship from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand, and currently, we only ship to addresses within New Zealand. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 9 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse. Delivery times are subject to external delays, such as weather conditions or disruptions in the carrier’s network.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please ensure your delivery address is complete, including your unit number. Wrong address, incomplete address, and missing unit number may cause delay or return. We highly recommend leaving the receiver name that matches your ID.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Pre-Order Shipment
If you purchase in-stock and pre-order products at the same time, all the items will be shipped only after all pre-order items are received. Please note that the arrival time varies depends on the products, may take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive.
If the item arrives earlier than scheduled, it will be shipped as soon as it arrives. Additionally, there is a possibility of delays caused by transportation conditions overseas. If there is a significant delay in delivery, we will contact you using the email address you provided.
