RETURN & REFUND
Returns Policy
You have 7 days from the date you receive your products, or from the date a third party you designate (not the carrier) takes possession of the product, to return the items.
To initiate a return, please notify us of your decision with a clear statement. You can reach us via email at support@furreverpets.co.nz. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product was purchased within the last 7 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items (final sale).
- Customized or personalized products.
- Food, litter, sanitary goods, toys, and health and personal care items, due to hygiene and health protection.
- Pre-ordered items, which cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as size issues or color preferences. Please ensure you check the size and details before making a purchase. If you have concerns, feel free to contact us prior to ordering.
Refunds
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products. The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original order, and no additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the specified return conditions at our discretion.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products. Please send your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not liable for any damage or loss during return shipment. Refunds will not be issued until we receive the returned items or proof of delivery.
